Paperless Billing with Online Pay, you can now view and pay your power bill from your personal computer. It's easy, convenient and absolutely free! No checks to send or stamps required! Every month, your power bill is available online.
Payment Locations
Pay at our authorized Shop & Pay Payment Locations or at our customer service offices. Payments are always posted the same day and that's a guarantee.
Automatic Monthly Payments
Electric Check enables you to pay your power bill with an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. There is no easier way. No checks, stamps, fees, hassle, waiting in line.
Pay by Mail - Every bill sent to a customer includes a pre-addressed envelope (you must pay the postage). If you have misplaced this envelope please mail your payment to:

Equal Payment
Take charge of your finances with Equal Payment. With this payment option (residential customers only), we'll take your average power usage and divide it into equal monthly payments. So you'll know in advance what your bill will be each month.
Select Your Due Date
You can select which day of the month (excluding holidays) you want your electric bill to be due.
ATM/Debit Card, Credit Card or Check-by-Phone
To pay by credit or debit card or check-by-phone, simply call BillMatrix pay-by-phone service at (800) 253-8084. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your Nevada Power account number, and your credit or debit card (with the Star symbol on the back). BillMatrix will even accept a check over the phone. If you would like to choose this option, just have your checkbook handy. BillMatrix will charge a processing fee.
